For Eco Friendly Air Circle Members, we meticulously follow manufacturers’ specifications to ensure your HVAC system operates at peak efficiency and reliability. Our comprehensive inspection and maintenance checklist includes:
  1. Verify thermostat settings and integration with your equipment
  2. Inspect the indoor coil and drain pan, ensuring proper alignment and adding a pan treatment tablet as needed
  3. Validate wiring connections for tightness and security
  4. Inspect all safety circuits to guarantee operational integrity
  5. Measure and record condenser fan motor amps, check for oil leaks, conduct a bearing inspection, and balance fan blades
  6. Test compressor starter components for optimal performance
  7. Measure, record, and analyze compressor amp draw for efficiency assessment
  8. Measure, record, and analyze refrigerant charge to ensure correct levels
  9. Measure the air temperature difference between supply and return ducts for proper heating or cooling

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • TERM AND RENEWAL:
    • Each plan is valid for 1 year and will automatically renew on a month to month basis at the current standard rate unless the customer opts out of auto-renewal. Monthly charges will be processed on the 1th of every month thereafter
  • REPAIR RESPONSIBILITY:
    • Repair charges needed as a result of maintenance inspections are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser
  • SERVICE FEE:
    • The preventative maintenance agreement member’s fee is $59
  • WARRANTY:
    • Parts, materials, and labor are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of repair. Non-warranty parts, materials, and labor receive a 10% discount off standard pricing
  • SERVICE DETAILS:
    • The services provided depend on the type of equipment and the time of year of the inspection, following Spring and Fall tune-up schedules determined by company procedures
    • Services are performed during regular working hours
  • MANUFACTURER REQUIREMENTS:
    • This agreement fulfills the manufacturer’s yearly preventative maintenance requirements for your A/C and Heating Systems
  • AGREEMENT TERMS:
    • This agreement supersedes all previous agreements and understandings
    • The agreement is transferable if you relocate within Las Vegas
  • PAYMENT AND REFUNDS:
    • Payment for maintenance inspections must be prepaid. Additional repair charges are due at the time of service
    • No refunds are issued
  • WARRANTY CONDITIONS:
    • Alterations or modifications to Eco Friendly Air’s work by the homeowner or a third party without Eco Friendly Air’s consent voids all warranties provided under this agreement
  • EXCLUSIONS:
    • Services not covered include: Commercial Applications, HVAC Systems over 5 tons or greater than 60,000 BTU, apartments, and mobile homes
    • Specific exclusions also include: Removal and cleaning of blower wheels, cleaning of equipment not readily accessible, diagnostic calls, and replacement parts such as air filters, filter media, water filters, nozzles, belts, ultraviolet lamps, and cleaning compounds unless specifically checked off and prepaid
